The Kitty Geode

Art can sometimes be a silent or not-so-silent protest. Art can stir the senses in a variety of ways. It doesn't always have to be super serious if we don't want it to be because everything about art is 100% subjective, from the meaning we affix to it, to the value it has to our selves and to others. Certain art is certainly not meant for everyone! 

I made the Kitty Geode because I do what I want. Sometimes I see it as a silent protest, but sometimes I just admire her for her beauty, because she is truly a stunner!

This baby is just dripping with clear quartz crystal and rose quartz like you wouldn't believe. Her crowning glory is a massive rose quartz double headed crystal that sits proudly atop the druzy center, some men may have trouble finding it, but it's there, I promise! (wink wink) 

As if she wasn't already a total baddie, I made her with ultra glow pigments so she adds some spice to nighttime too! 

Rose quartz is known as the "love stone" especially reminding us to love our selves so that love may reverberate back into the universe. Clear quartz serves to amplify this loving energy. 

The back has hanging hardware installed and is finished in pink.
