The Texas Love Geode

To make this piece, I bought a state map and then I cut out the shape of Texas to use as my stencil for cutting the wood to make this piece. It came together very, very slowly, one step at a time. First, I create the crystal center which is a 2 or 3 step process of letting the resin cure in between steps. Then I start creating the resin agate lines one at a time, letting each one cure before adding another so I get this lovely organic look of agate geode layers. In the geode center you will find lots of beautiful clear quartz including some larger pieces, as well as green aventurine and gray labradorite.

 Green aventurine is known as the "gambler's stone" because it is known for harmonizing positive outcomes and opportunities. It also has a soothing energy that can calm the nervous system. 

Gray labradorite symbolizes self-awareness and is the stone of spiritual growth, as it can enhance one's intuition. 

Clear quartz is known to amplify the energy of other stones and crystals, and enhances mental clarity.

The back is finished and comes with D-ring hangers and coated wire, as well as wall bumpers for a finished look.
